Forest and Village: A Gathering for the Rites of Women

Sacred Nectar Sanctuary sits on 280 acres in the White Mountains of New Hampshire, at the foot of Mt. Whiteface and is backed by over 500 acres of conservation land. The land includes a wood fired sauna, swimming ponds, outdoor heated shower, outhouses, walking trails, and a beautiful 180-degree view of Mount Whiteface and the Ossipee Range. Registration is open until we reach 200 attendees.
Attendees must pre-register (no onsite walk-in registrations).
Tickets are transferable but NON-REFUNDABLE after Friday July 26th.
Arrival Times
Women are welcome to start arriving at Sacred Nectar as early as 10am Friday Aug 2 to set up camp and feel the hum of the village keepers preparing camp.
Because this is a richly intentional gathering we are asking everyone to arrive by 12:30pm on Friday in order to be present for opening circle at 1pm.
Later arrivals can land at camp between 3-5pm in time for our opening Dinner at 5:30pm.
We are asking that you do not arrive later than this unless you have friends or family that can greet you and orient you to camp and the flow.
Absolutely no arrivals after 9am Saturday.
Tracks
Please see the Temples page to orient to the Temples of Mystery and Leanings. We will be orienting to the the temple/life stage we most identify with at key times during the gathering, especially Saturday morning in preparation for the Evening ceremony.

Maidens (11- 17 yrs) – $111
Children 10 and under are free
Food
Ticket price includes 6 vegan/gluten-free meals with dairy and gluten sides (Friday dinner, 3 meals on Saturday, and Breakfast and Lunch on Sunday).
If you have very specific dietary requirements, please bring your own supplemental food and cooler.
The Kitchen is tiny and for use only by the kitchen witches preparing the community meals. No food storage or use of cooking facilities will be available for personal food prep during the weekend.
Please bring your own cup, bowl and utensils!
Water
There is access to well water on site yet we encourage everyone to bring a couple gallons of water of your own for ease of access. And be sure to bring a water bottle.
Camping
This is an all camping event. Camping is in the field very close to the village. You will need your own tent and sleeping gear. Campers and RV’s are welcome, please email us to learn more.
This is a rain or shine event, so please come weather prepared.
Bathing
There is only ONE hot shower. There is a pond and creeks so we invite you to explore wild bathing!
Kid’s Camp
Kids of all ages are SO welcome! During every block of temple offerings, there will also be offerings for kids so mamas can receive and have some time for her own journey.
Volunteering
Everyone age 11 and up will be asked to volunteer for a 90 minute shift sometime during the weekend to tend to the village. Our primary need for volunteers is in the Hearth so if you love babies and toddlers and being in the hum at the center of the village then please choose this temple when you register! Other opportunities include tending the temple spaces, helping in the kitchen, helping with the Kid’s camp, tending fire etc. When you register you can choose an area of camp to volunteer at and we will get specific on when and where once you arrive to camp on Friday.
Closing circle for Forest and Village is at 3pm on Sunday.
Lughnasadh Village and Pilgrimage Feast
A Convergence of Forest and Village and the Men’s Pilgrimage
7pm Sunday, August 4th – 1pm Monday August 5th.
On Sunday night we will be welcoming the Men’s Pilgrimage back to the Village. There will be limited spots for men and women to stay Sunday night and share in the Lughnasadh feast and celebration. After breakfast on Monday we will hold council to share highlights of what we have learned in our journey and experiences of the respective gatherings.
Cost is $44 per person, including for Maidens. Children 10 and younger are free.
We will be opening registration for the Lughnasadh Feast in June.
Everyone who has registered will be notified and given the opportunity to register until our cap is reached.
Men’s Pilgrimage
‘For 4 Days, 55 men will journey together into the wilderness. In deep reciprocity with nature, we will expand and empower one another to align with our authentic selves and greater purpose. A primal brotherhood will emerge.’
The men will set out from Sacred Nectar on Thursday, August 1 and return to the village on August 4th in time for our Lughnasadh celebration.
