Menarche Reclamation Ceremony
Tatiana, Cinthya
Wisdom Fire or Apple Trees
In a Menarche Reclamation, we step back in time to the moment of our first bleed and reclaim the sacred threshold that menarche is meant to be. Many of us received negative programming and were bathed in shame instead of celebration, the echo of which can still reverberate – in big and small ways. This ceremony offers a way to re-pattern and reprogram our inner maidens through ritual and appropriate honoring, helping to clear the echo and re-whole ourselves as fully embodied women. (Especially potent work for moms of maidens who are approaching that threshold.)
