Midlife Magic of Release and Reclamation
Chaya
Moon Lodge

*Part of the Wisening woman track for women in perimenopause and menopause
The wisening woman’s time is one of great inner shift and shedding. As our hormones and cycles change, we begin to release our fertile years — and with this biological unwinding comes the release of possibility itself: of children we may not have, of relationships no longer serving us, of our capacity to over-give and over-function. To step fully into the truth of who we are, and how we wish to channel our energy in this next phase, we invite you to come together to grieve the losses of what might have been, and to claim what we are stepping into.

Mother’s Circle
 Ashley
Mother’s Temple
*Part of the Mothers track
A circle for mothers and their babies and toddlers to softly land, exhale, and be held in the company of other women walking the Mother’s path. Together we share experiences and the quiet understanding that only mothers can offer one another. It is an invitation to connect, nourish your heart and get to know each other in community. Bring your baby, your toddler, your full heart, your tired heart, your joyful heart to be held with love and compassion.

Weaving the Red Threads of Sisterhood
Northstar, Nicole, Cat
Artemis Temple (Maidens)
*Part of the Maiden track for girls 11-17
All the maidens are invited to land together in our Artemis Temple to begin to build our container of safety, trust and connection. We will create our Maiden Altar together, play some games to get to know one another, and be introduced to the Way of Council for our first circle of heart shares. We will co-create our community agreements around what sisterhood means and how we are committed to showing up for each other, which will be enacted with a red thread ceremony.

Love, Loss & Heart-led Leadership

Through story, ritual, council, and embodied practice, we’ll honor the experiences that have shaped us, transforming them from places of survival into sources of resilience, discernment, and devotion. Together we’ll arrive fully in the present, listening for what Love is asking of us now and setting a heartfelt intention for the weekend ahead.

Weaving with the Land
Casey Morgan Rose
Temple of Ancient Arts
All Ages • Kids Encouraged Join us in creating a collaborative tapestry woven from the gifts of the landscape. Together we’ll gather fallen grasses, bark, twigs, and other foraged materials to weave into a large earth loom. This workshop welcomes all ages and abilities, offering a slow, hands-on opportunity to connect with the land through creativity, collaboration, and play. Throughout the gathering, our Village Textile Loom will also be open for all to contribute to. Menarche Rite of Passage: Maidens
Northstar, Nicole, Cat and grandmothers
Moon Lodge
*10:00 am  – 1:00 pm*

For this initiatory threshold into the circle of women and the beginning of the girls journey of maturation, we will be gathering at the Moon Lodge to learn how our bodies are sacred temples that reflect the rhythms and cycles of Nature herself. The girls will adorn themselves and one another in preparation for the ceremony and make flower crowns symbolic of the sovereignty they are stepping into.

The second half of this block will hold the Rite itself, which mothers, grandmothers, aunties and sisters of the girls are invited to attend in loving witness. In this ceremony, our young ones will leave behind something of childhood as they step into their time of blossoming. Blessings will be received from each of the feminine archetypes, which are also contained within them and manifest in each month of their bleed, as they walk a labyrinth representing the woman’s soul journey they are embarking upon. *MOTHERS PLEASE JOIN at 10:45!

Just like in the ancient stories of leaving home, you know you must wander beyond the edges of the known, to gaze into the portal of the underworld where your mythic soul awaits, ready to reveal your deepest life. Come explore your pull to the women’s journey of descent through council, deep imagery and a brief solo forest wander as well as some reflections from Soul Initiation Guides, KeyTurner and Raven, about how you can answer the call.

Village Dance & Drum: Following the Heartbeat
Kiely, Rahlüne

Together we remember what it feels like to move as one living body, rooted in the Earth and expressing the stories, blessings, and spirit of the people through the universal language of rhythm and movement. Collective Grief Ritual
Alison Birks

Join a facilitated intentional space designed for communal processing and the release of heavy emotions. This ritual integrates somatic expression and land-based art to help navigate the complexities of shared and individual loss. We begin with a focused Talking-Stick circle, providing a dedicated container to externalize the weight of what we are carrying. This practice allows for witnessed expression, honoring our truths. Following our shared dialogue, we will transition to the land to create a Collective Mandala. Utilizing found natural elements—stones, fallen branches, and specific dried botanicals—we will build a temporary offering. This act of co-creation serves as a physical representation of our interconnectedness and our commitment to letting go.
